Joe Capasso began his career with 11 years in Investments, working for Stock Brokerage firms and Money Managers as a Stock/Bond Analyst. He then transitioned to the Energy sector working for several Energy companies until he helped start a Retail Electricity Provider in 2007.

As a managing partner he helped build it from zero sales and 3 employees to $100 million in Sales and 50 employees. The company went under because of Winter Storm Uri that hit Texas and caused many REPs to fold. He still has an entrepreneurial drive and he believes he got his entrepreneurial spirit from his father. Growing up, he helped his father work on rental properties that he owned. So, during the summer and on weekends, he learned how to do repairs on Roofs, Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, Sheetrock, etc.

Joe has been married to his wonderful wife for the past 20 years and they have two wonderful children. Joe likes to stay active with yardwork, hiking with is dog, and exercising.
